Change 2 Update

This concise course examines the substantive occupancy-related changes in the updated HUD Handbook 4350.3 REV 1, Change 2 (July 2007).

Everyone is eager to learn about the changes in the new HUD Handbook 4350.3, and to discover how their occupancy duties will change! NCHM has developed “Change 2 Update”, a one-day training course which highlights all of the occupancy-related changes in the updated 4350.3, so you can learn all about the new rules!

Overview

The Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) has released the long-awaited HUD Handbook 4350.3 REV 1, Change 2 (July 2007). NCHM has integrated HUD’s changes into our industry-standard Certified Occupancy Course (COS) which can be taken by experienced professionals as a 2-day refresher course at any location that COS is offered.

For those who already hold a COS designation, or who already have experience with HUD housing, NCHM is providing this 1-day Change 2 Update course designed to help occupancy specialists familiarize themselves with the substantive changes to the Handbook with minimal downtime.
