Group Specials

Organizations can save time and money by taking advantage of group specials. Specials can also be effective as a centerpiece for getting staff together from different locations for training, an exchange of ideas and team-building.

With as few as 15 people, we can bring any of our 3-day training courses to you. You can pick the dates, location and even the NCHM trainer.

In addition to saving you time and travel expenses, we can customize your training to cover situations unique to your organization. In some instances we can even combine training classes, creating a hybrid class that can encompass all your specific training criteria.

Many of our clients find value in the diversity that comes from having different organizations represented in a class, as exposure to other housing professionals sometimes reveals new ways to deal with common problems. If this is the case, we can even schedule a special around one of our regularly scheduled classes. By allowing outside housing professionals into your group special, you get both the simplicity of in-house training, and the diversity of experience.
