Volume 1 of the HUD New Rules webinar series covers two “new rules” from HUD: A pending rule on Social Security numbers and a new rule on service animals that became effective on Nov 26, 2008. The program will include a draft reasonable accommodations policy prepared by NCHM Director of Compliance Mark S. Alper that will be available to participants as a downloadable PDF file.
