NCHM Notice: Change 2 impacts nearly all sections of the HUD Handbook 4350.3. All COS individuals will be required to complete training on Change 2  to retain COS Certification. Individuals currently holding a COS certification may satisfy this requirement by attending a Change 2 Update (1-day) course or a COS Refresher (2-day) by December 31, 2008.
