Recognizing the unique skills that managers at properties that receive both HUD monies and tax credits need to do their job properly, NCHM is pleased to announce the launch of Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS).
“BOS will not replicate the training provided in either COS or TCS, but it will be advanced training focused primarily on those issues unique to a blended site such as Enterprise Income Verification (EIV), recertifications and tenant income certifications (TICs), and record retention requirements," says NCHM Vice President of Compliance Mark S. Alper.
