For over thirty years now the name National Center for Housing Management has been synonymous with quality and innovation. We have always responded when there is a need, making sense of an often complex and confusing system. |
We developed an occupancy certification program when there had to be one.
We produced the first and only computer-based certification. We created a
substantive housing management certification system when none existed. Our
efforts have been singularly devoted to fulfilling our mandate... Helping
to firmly establish this industry through the creation of high educational
standards.
But there is still much work to be done.
With this new web site we cross another bridge towards bringing our community
to another level. This is truly a state of-the-art site. It is worthy of you,
our valued alumni.
This site is the culmination of months of work and years of experience. Like
our industry, this web site will be ever changing. And as we have done for
all these years, we'll stay ahead of the changes with the help of technology
so that we can continue to serve you to the best of our ability.
