Senior Housing Specialist

Addressing the needs of seniors and the dynamics of elderly communities

Senior Housing is Unique!

Managing senior housing is different from managing multifamily housing. The special needs of seniors more immediately impact management operations on a daily basis. Understanding and determining what these needs are and how to deal with them in the face of regulatory requirements and diminishing federal resources are major issues for senior housing management staff. NCHM’s SHS program provides critical information and insights into effective senior housing management.

Learn Effective Management Practices for Senior Properties!

The National Center for Housing Management, first in program development and innovative training technologies, is proud to provide you with this unique housing education opportunity.
