It has been a really challenging learning experience for me. Being new to the senior housing industry I've been able to accomplish feats that I had no idea were possible. Understanding some of HUD's regulations and being able to put them to use is a huge plus for my company. We have only just opened our first facility and NCHM courses have cleared up a lot of the mystery in deciphering the handbooks. I recently attended the 4350.3 update and was amazed at the changes, making it so much easier to locate answers to questions that have been put to me.
