The ABCs of EIV is a new, on-demand webinar from NCHM that puts a spotlight on HUD's Enterprise Income Verification method of independent, third-party verification.
Since EIV became mandatory on January 31, 2010 there have been numerous problems, including owners/agents not becoming established on or not using EIV, and the unavailability for several weeks of the system itself.
NCHM has put together a 90-minute presentation that starts with the fundamentals of EIV and then highlights major elements of HUD Notice H2010-10, issued by HUD on July 1, 2010.
