HUD requires that all multifamily projects built or substantially rehabilitated since July 1972 have an Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan (AFHMP) which targets those "least likely to apply" to your specific community. Contract Administrators and HUD reviewers will not only be asking for your approved AFHMP during your next MOR, but they will also want to see documentation of your compliance with this important document.
In this webinar, Lisa will discuss:
The purpose of the AFHMP
The definition of "least likely to apply" and how to determine that population
When you need to rewrite and resubmit your AFHMP
Guidance on completing the HUD Form 935.28 and getting it approved the first time
Join Lisa Vercauteren, NCHM's Vice President of Housing Programs, as she covers the ins and outs of creating a successful AFHMP.
