To help guide you, HUD’s Office of Multifamily Housing has issued and is regularly updating a question and answers document on Coronavirus (COVID-19) that provides helpful guidance on staying compliant during these unprecedented times.
Join Lisa Vercauteren, NCHM’s Senior Vice President for Housing Programs, as she reviews the HUD COVID-19 guidance in conjunction with regulatory requirements for recertifications and walks you through practical ways to maintain compliance at a safe distance.
