EIV Troubleshooting shows you what to do when your EIV reports reveal that something has gone awry. Students will learn how to manage issues that arise on the Summary Report, Deceased Tenants Report, New Hires Report, and Income Discrepancy Report. We’ll show you what a negative or complicated result means for your site, and how to remedy the situation so your site stays in compliance.
This three-hour course is can be taken as an add-on for your Enterprise Income Verification Specialist (EIVS) training or standalone for any students who may have used EIV and encountered issues before.
