For fifty years, NCHM has been the industry’s leading educator in HUD Compliance issues, starting with our flagship Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) course. NCHM continues our gold-standard education with HOTMA Compliance, a two-day, eight-hour live online course that teaches all the details and impacts of HOTMA. This major change touches nearly all compliance regulations across many housing programs, including LIHTC.

Each HOTMA Compliance class will include an instructor and teaching assistant to ensure your questions are addressed quickly and accurately.

Please note: While NCHM is hard at work developing this training course to be as comprehensive as possible, the agenda and curriculum remain fluid. As HUD provides additional guidance, the above-mentioned topic areas may also adjust.

HOTMA Compliance is delivered entirely online. Upon successful attendance and completion, attendees will be issued a HOTMA designation by NCHM.

NCHM’s HOTMA Compliance course is conducted live online. HOTMA Compliance is only 4 hours per day, Thursday and Friday. There is no online exam for HOTMA Compliance – attendees will earn a designation with NCHM upon successful attendance and completion of both days of instruction. Your designation will be reflected on your NCHM account within two weeks of successful completion and a completion certificate will be delivered directly to you.

NCHM is offering HOTMA Compliance with a course instructor and teaching assistant to handle questions as you have them, on-demand, without interrupting the class flow.
