How do I login to see my course registrations, grades, and certifications?
To login, simply click the link at the top of nchm.org labeled “Login to Learning Center”. Our new Learning Center requires you to login with the email address associated with your NCHM account. If you’re logging into the Learning Center for the first time, you may be prompted to reset your password.
When will my grade be available?
We strive to have courses audited and graded within 2 weeks of completion. Occasionally, this can be delayed due to holidays. You will be notified via email of your results once they are added to and verified in our system.
When will I know the location/venue of an upcoming program I have registered for?
Generally, we will confirm the exact venue for a training program no less than 2 weeks in advance of the program start date. You will receive an automatic email update once a venue is confirmed.
I purchased aptitude tests from NCHM. Where do I have my applicants/employees take their test?
All tests are found on our NCHM Testing Center found at the following link: https://www.nchm.org/testing-center/
In order for an applicant/employee to take the test, please provide them with one of the access keycodes delivered to you following your purchase. Also please provide the applicant/employee with the email address that you would like results sent to.
