The Management and Occupancy Review (MOR) is a critical evaluation conducted by HUD or Contract Administrators (CAs) to assess the operational compliance of HUD-subsidized multifamily housing. NCHM’s specialized MORS training provides comprehensive instruction on all facets of this review, incorporating the latest HUD requirements, including HUD Form 9834.

This course is designed for a wide range of housing professionals, including property owners, management agents, on-site managers, and compliance staff who undergo MORs, as well as CA staff and HUD personnel who conduct them.
