Knowing how to read, and more importantly, understand monthly property-level financial statements is critical to good decision-making. This short course helps in two ways. First, it explains the nuts and bolts of the two basic financial statements most relevant to apartment management – the Balance Sheet and the Income and Expense Statement. Second, it teaches how to read an Income and Expense Statement the way the pros read do - from "the bottom up" – showing you how to quickly zero in on the numbers that matter most.
