Included in the many changes coming under HOTMA, HUD has redefined the requirements for what must be included in your site’s Tenant Selection Plan (TSP). HUD has given MFH owners a deadline of May 31, 2024, to update our policies and prepare to implement these changes to reflect HOTMA’s new rules. Additionally, MFH owners have a good deal of discretion regarding the implementation of several HOTMA provisions.
