Advanced Your Knowledge As An EIV Professional

Subsidized sites have been using Enterprise Income Verification for over a decade, but the application can still be difficult to interpret. Do you know what to do when your EIV reports give you trouble?  From identifying income discrepancies to discovering errors between databases, EIV is an important tool to assure that the right benefits go to the right people at your site.

Designed for professionals who have experience with EIV or have earned their EIVS certification, EIV Troubleshooting shows you what to do when your EIV reports reveal that something has gone awry. Through instruction and challenging, real-world exercises, students will learn how to manage issues that arise in the Summary Report, Deceased Tenants Report, New Hires Report, and Income Discrepancy Report. We’ll show you what a negative or complicated result means for your site, and how to remedy the situation so your site stays in compliance.
